Each cozy lakeside motel unit includes all the amenities (and more) you would expect in a resort cabin. Each unit has a fully furnished kitchen, sleeping accommodations for one to six people, bathroom and private patio.

During the Summer, you can enjoy the resort's sandy swimming beach, and first class fishing and boating on Nelson Lake ("Totagatic Flowage") Recreation Area providing Horseshoe Pits, Volleyball Court, Picnic Area and Children's Playground. Boat Landing, Gas and Propane available, as well as coin-op laundry.


In the Winter, the resort is open for snowmobiling #122 on Sawyer County Map. (access to over 500 miles of groomed trails) Corridor Trail #8 & Club Trail #4, cross-country skiing, ice fishing or just a Winter get away.

Your vacation can be as busy, or as relaxing as you want it to be. Our full-liquor bar is a friendly place to stop for a break, enjoy a light meal. Or go for a midnight swim. When you're looking for the warm, good times, you're sure to find them here at Nelson Lake Landing.

Full kitchen, coffee makers, microwave, complete with dishes, silverware down to the can opener, colored TV's, private deck, coin laundry. Clean towels offered. No daily Maid-Service.

DEPOSITS: $100.00 deposit per unit is Due 10 days after making a reservation.
RV $25.00 for 2 or more day stay. Personal check or money order.
Credit Cards only excepted for deposits, lodging and gasoline purchases.

PETS: Pet charge $25.00/day $150.00/week. SMALL pets are welcomed!
Pets will never be unattended in any motel unit or cottage.
Pets will always be on a leash.
Owners are responsible to always clean up after pets.

Rentals: Pontoon Boat, 14 ft. fishing boats with or without motors, paddle boats by the hour.

Boat landing and docks available for all our guests -- gas and store on property.
